Gym sessions with 4D Fitness...
Over the last two months I've had the opportunity to get some great personal training with Adam Moore www.teammoore.co.uk from 4D Fitness www.4dfitness.com. In short these sessions have completely changed my understanding and perspective of gym routines and have made a massive difference to my strength and power which is always a good thing going in for the sprint finish in road races!
My normal gym session usually involved a lot weights and working with specific machines in the gym, Adam however got me to concentrate more on core strength with free weights and the swiss ball. Initially I thought the sessions would be easier but they were much much harder and I have witnessed far bigger improvements with my overall form from them. Adam is also one of the most enthusiastic people I've ever worked with as well as being very patient and motivated. Just when you think you can't possibly do annother set he manages to pull another 10 push ups out of you.
I would definitely recommend 4D fitness to any athlete serious about training/building core strength or if you just want to gain some fitness and tone the muscles a little.
